W.C.O. John Cummings taught the students about
the importance of Personal Flotation Devices as part of the Boater's Safety
Course. Later, the students took the state exam and each was awarded a
Pennsylvania Boater's Safety Certificate enabling the student to operate
jet-ski's, motorboats, and other watercraft.
